于2010年7月5日接手，7月9日完成设计方案并于当日通过沙湾领导班子讨论通过。7月11日完成合同签订与施工准备工作，7月12日施工队伍进场进入全面施工，7月31日完成全部硬装工程，并完成二次清洁，进入布展阶段。8月3日完成展览所需要图片印刷装订与安装工程，完成最后全场清洁工作。8月4日正式交付沙湾县政府。

He took over the project on July 5, 2010 and completed the design scheme on July 9, 2010, which was discussed and approved by the Shawan leading group on that day. On July 11, the contract signing and construction preparation work were completed. On July 12, the construction team entered into the full-scale construction. On July 31, all the hard installation works were completed, and the secondary cleaning was completed, and the exhibition stage was entered. On August 3, the printing, binding and installation of the pictures needed for the exhibition were completed, and the final cleaning of the whole venue was completed. It was officially delivered to Shawan County Government on August 4.

整个工程设计深化与工程施工同步进行，在材料订购、施工进度、工人调配及与委托方的协调、后期图片筛选制作工作全部精确到小时。
