如何让一个废旧的厂房焕发生命?如何让一个正宗的川派火锅被年轻人喜爱?如何通过设计使经营平效提高200%?与委托方栾总及其团队的紧密沟通,结合建筑所具有的特点,我们逐步明确了做什么?如何做?发现环境独有的“缺陷”,使其更加具有支撑力,是我们设计最具有价值的体现。

Close communication with general manager Luan and his team, combined with the characteristics of the building, we gradually clarified what to do? How to do it? It is the most valuable embodiment of our design to find the unique "defects" of the environment and make it more supportive.

①如今的消费市场环境日益偏向于年轻化,年轻人的消费势力与日俱增,因此,在整个室内外在空间的设计方向上就对准了偏向于年轻人的喜好,以他们这群人的行为习惯来定位空间内容;

②“围炉聚饮欢呼处,百味消融小釜中”

The outdoor courtyard style dining environment can also meet the feelings of the experiencer and the natural atmosphere for communication. ④ When traditional cultural elements collide with new visual elements, they can contain each other and set off each other, so that new elements can be relatively precipitated and traditional elements can be relatively fashionable. While space has the meaning of "new and old", it also creates the concept of "time", which makes consumers have a sense of crossing in the process of experiencing space;

“老院子”运用了情景式的手法将各个就餐区场景模式化,再加入现代轻松时尚的造型及色彩元素,与现在年轻人的心理喜好产生一种共鸣,为之提供一个在就餐的同时还可以进行拍摄娱乐的空间场所;在贴合主题方面,保留了中国的传统文化,将一些经典仿旧的形质与色彩进行结合,增加了体验者在这个空间当中的归属感;

设计师心得:  

做为一名从业多年的设计师,对以往的业态空间的理解在此项目当中很多部分已无法适用,做为80后的其中一员,相对90、00后,虽然人生阅历相对丰富,但对于现今青少年喜好关心的事物的热忱度不及前者,因此,为了让空间的表达更能准确及出彩,将自己的审美及思维进行转换,结合对当下年轻人的生活及社会活动习惯的了解,让自己从内心上转变为他们中的一员,排除自己喜欢的,吸收他们喜欢的,在时尚与传统之间做出适当的取舍,再加上别于普通年轻人的职业优势,最终呈现出让一位80后客户感到非常满意的方案.

Designer's experience:

Therefore, in order to make the expression of space more accurate and brilliant, they should pay more attention to their aesthetic And thinking transformation, combined with the understanding of the current young people's life and social activities habits, let oneself from the heart to become one of them, exclude what they like, absorb what they like, and make the appropriate choice between fashion and tradition, plus the professional advantages different from ordinary young people, finally present a scheme that makes a post-80s customer feel very satisfied
