本项目在初次接触的时候就有了感慨，相对于草原文化的展现，项目的实地条件其实并不乐观，草原的“辽阔、起伏”在这里完全体现不出来，其原因为自身的占地面积及占地形式，从俯瞰效果上就可以看出，整体形态像一把匕首，所有的内容只能在一字线上生成，另一方面也关乎于甲方的执行思路，想从一个尝试性的基础经营模式来进行投资，所以在很大程度上，设计当中想要表达的东西受到了限制，好在甲方提出可以在有限的条件下尽情发挥，所以就诞生了现在这个方案；手法上着重于民族自身的文化及场景特色，把无法实现的东西抛掉，找出最容易实现的内容，比如情景式雕塑，维和式的绿化处理，象征性的文化小品，流线上高低起伏的层次，包内软饰文化元素的设计运用，最后用灯光营造出影响人们思维的意境，让体验者在目睹这一切之后，在脑海中浮现出真正的辽阔的草原映像。
